Authentic artisan gelato and sorbet, the natural way
We handcraft artisan Italian gelato and sorbet using creamy whole milk from A2-tested cows in Nelson, and fresh, local produce when possible from across the South Island. We don't use pre-mixed powders; just the authentic taste of Italy and the natural goodness of New Zealand.
