A huge part of being Italian is our connection with food – simple, perfectly balanced recipes made with the freshest local ingredients. So when it comes to our gelato and sorbet, our philosophy is ‘simple and fresh’– a notion that works in perfect harmony with New Zealand, home of great milk and great local produce.


Authentic artisan gelato and sorbet, the natural way

We handcraft artisan Italian gelato and sorbet using creamy whole milk from A2-tested cows in Nelson, and fresh, local produce from across the South Island. We don't use pre-mixed powders; just the authentic taste of Italy and the natural goodness of New Zealand.
